The SoftCRM software is a tool to be used for the recording and processing of data collected throughout the development phase of CRMs. The software includes dedicated Sections for:

  • The Stability study.
  • The Homogeneity study.
  • The use of electronic forms for the easier collection and storage of the data issued by the participating laboratories during the Certification exercise.
  • Statistical evaluation of the above data.

The software includes appropriate outputs for each Section, ready to be included in the Certification report.

The "SoftDATA" software

This software is dedicated to the handling of DataForms i.e. the electronic forms created by the SoftCRM software and sent to the participants in a Certification exercise. By using SoftDATA every participant can Open the DataForm, Input his data, Save the form and send it back to the coordinator of the exercise via email.

Note: The installation of SoftCRM includes the installation of the SoftDATA software.

The new executable files “Instmsiw.exe” and “Instmsia.exe” may need to be downloaded and run again as indicated below, depending on the user’s platform.

Downloads by clicking directly on the buttons, are possible using Internet Explorer. If using Netscape or other Browsers, right click on the button and "Save Link as".

The s/w can be installed by clicking the “Download SoftCRM” button and running (double click) the downloaded file “SoftCRM122.msi”.

If the above file is not recognized as an installation executable file, or the computer reports an error indicating “wrong version of Installer”, the user should download and run one of the following files according to the user’s platform:
