1986-1988: Postgraduate scholarship from the University of Athens, Department of History      and Arcaeology, Faculty of Philosophy.

1982-1988 Associate member of the former Chair of History of the Byzantine State during      the fulfilment of the project for the catalogue of the published Christian and Byzantine      inscriptions.
