• 1979-1982: Scholarship of the Academy of Athens for the Greek Institute of Byzantine and Post-Byzantine Studies of Venice under the direction of Professor M. I. Manoussacas. Preparation of PhD.

• 1986- : Classification of the material of the General State Archives of Ithaki. Preparation of the catalogue for the years 1639-1817.
• 1988- : Classification of the material of the General State Archives of Leucada. Preparation of the catalogue for the years 1684-1797.
• 1988- : Classification of the documents of the Pantocrator monastery (1039-1801), Section of the Archives of Mount Athos.

RESEARCH INTERESTS
• Social and political history of the Greek areas, especially those under Venetian domination in the 16th and 17th centuries.
• Emphasis on the survival of the western feudalism in Greek countries.
• Study of the contest between local oligarchies and central authority.
• Preparation of PhD (Thesis title: ''Piracy and Slave-trade of the Greeks during the Ottoman Occupation'').
• Study of the career and the role of Greek scholars in the West during the Renaissance.

PARTICIPATION IN INTERNATIONAL MEETINGS
