Glucocorticoid receptor as modulators of inflammatory gene expression

Glucocorticoid target gene networks; modulation by GR isoforms - Tasks: To study, 1) the global profiles of GR binding sites and target genes, 2) the cross-talk between GR and NF-kB on a genome-wide scale and 3) the role of GRâ isoform in development of resistance to glucocorticoids - Funding: 02PRAKSE98, MTKD-CT-2004-509836.
