1998-2001: BSc Biochemistry(First Class honours), Queen Mary University of London
Thesis: Characterization of a protein (GCAP1) involved in eye disease

2001-2002: MSc. Infectious Diseases, Imperial College of Science, Medicine and Technology, University of London.
Thesis: HIV T-Cell responses in a treatment interruption cohort

2002-2003: Research assistant in Molecular Virology Laboratory, Hellenic Pasteur Institute.

2003-2004: Compulsory military service as Microbiology Laboratory Assistant

2005-2007: Regulatory Assistant Officer, ANTAEA Ltd Athens

2009-today: PhD student in Department of Organic Chemistry, National Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Languages: English (fluent), German (basic level), Greek

Research Interest: Design of novel pharmaceutical agents using computational techniques such as molecular dynamics, Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationship (QSAR) and docking studies.
