Gender Equality Action Plan

With the aim of eliminating gender discrimination, the NHRF, based on a relevant decision taken at the Board of Directors meeting on 27/02/2022, approved and adopted a Gender Equality Action Plan (2022-2025), following a consultation process with the Foundation’s staff. The Gender Equality Action Plan (GEAP) includes actions covering five (5) thematic areas – priority axes:

  • Integrating the gender dimension into research
  • Gender equality in recruitment and career development
  • Gender equality in leadership and decision-making
  • Work-life balance
  • Measures to address gender-based violence, including sexual harassment
