Research evaluation

The process of evaluating and verifying research results is fundamental to scientific integrity and the reliability of the knowledge produced. At the National Research Foundation, the quality of research is ensured through structured, transparent, and independent control procedures, which are applied at all stages of research activity.

A central role in this context is played by the peer review process, which is carried out by recognized scientists from the international academic community. At the same time, modern external evaluation tools, systematic mechanisms for monitoring research projects, and procedures for assessing scientific contribution and the impact of results are utilized.

In this way, the NHRF ensures that research findings meet the highest international quality standards, enhancing the validity, transparency, and added value of research efforts. Continuous commitment to evaluation is not only a procedural requirement, but also a basic prerequisite for promoting excellence and strengthening the confidence of the scientific community and society at large in the Foundation’s work.
