TPCI together with the Institute of Chemical Biology (ICB) operates a large set of recently acquired advanced instrumentation, comprising among others, a full electron microscopy suite (cryo-EM, HR-TEM, cryo-SEM, HR-SEM), AFM-Raman, SAXS, XRD, MALDI-TOF-MS, TripleTOF 6600+ MS, ICP-MS, 700 ΜΗz NMR with cryoprobe, whole animal imaging with fluorescence and α combination of fluorescence and ultrasound.
