Postgraduate Programs with the participation of the NHRF

Today, the NHRF actively participates in the organization and implementation of the following inter-institutional postgraduate programs:

  • “Bioentrepreneurship.” A postgraduate program on entrepreneurship in the field of biotechnology, co-organized with the University of Thessaly, which began in March 2015. It is the first postgraduate program (M.Sc.) organized jointly by a Research Center and a University in Greece.
  • “Oncology: from oncogenesis to treatment.” Co-organized with the Medical School of the University of Crete, it began in July 2018.
  • “Neuroscience.” Co-organized with the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, it began in October 2019.
  • “Biotechnology.” Co-organized with the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, it began in October 2021.
  • “Microsystems and Nanodevices.” Co-organized with the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and other academic and research organizations, it began in 2018.

 

The IIE also organizes specialized seminars that are part of the Postgraduate Programs of Greek universities. These mainly concern History (from antiquity to the modern era) and Archaeology and are as follows:

  • Seminar: “Post-Civil War Greece (1949-1967) – Political and Social Aspects” (Department of Modern Greek Studies/IIE – National and Kapodistrian University of Athens – Panteion University).
  • Interdisciplinary postgraduate seminar “Nikos Oikonomidis” (Department of Byzantine Studies/IIE – National and Kapodistrian University of Athens).
  • Seminar “The Greek-Latin World – 13th-18th Centuries” (Department of Byzantine Studies/IIE – National and Kapodistrian University of Athens).
  • Seminar on Ancient History (Department of Greek and Roman Antiquity/IIE – National and Kapodistrian University of Athens).
