Within the framework of this project, I focus on the study of funerary furniture and textiles (archaeological remains, iconography, and written sources) to better understand funerary customs from the Classical to the Roman period. As a member of the EuroWeb: Europe through Textiles, Network for an Integrated and Interdisciplinary Humanities(COST 19131), I study the use and significance of funerary textiles in Macedonia and Thessaly during the Classical and Hellenistic periods, aiming to shed light on burial practices.
