The project aims to identify and utilize primary archival material related to the history of the settlement of Karytaina in modern times. It involves the highlighting of historical descriptions and narratives concerning the settlement, as well as scholarly research to locate both unpublished and published archival documents and sources. A central component of the project is the indexing and systematic processing of the recovered data, with the goal of producing a well-documented synthetic study. This study will contribute to the historical documentation and deeper understanding of Karytaina’s development over time.
