The SYMAT project (https://symat-cost.eu/) promotes scientific networking in the field of artificial materials with specific symmetry properties (glide symmetry) in the areas of (wireless) communications, metamaterials/metasurfaces, waveguides, and antennas. As the national representative of Greece and a member of the Management Committee of the project, Dr. Odysseas Tsilipakos (Researcher C, Institute of Theoretical and Physical Chemistry, National Hellenic Research Foundation) undertook the organization of the scientific meeting and Management Committee meeting in the spring of 2024 (April 8–10).
