CLOSEGender Equality Action Plan
With the aim of eliminating gender discrimination, the NHRF, based on a relevant decision taken at the Board of Directors meeting on 27/02/2022, approved and adopted a Gender Equality Action Plan (2022-2025), following a consultation process with the Foundation’s staff. The Gender Equality Action Plan (GEAP) includes actions covering five (5) thematic areas – priority axes:
- Integrating the gender dimension into research
- Gender equality in recruitment and career development
- Gender equality in leadership and decision-making
- Work-life balance
- Measures to address gender-based violence, including sexual harassment
