The NHRF has a workforce of approximately 320 people, including regular research and non-research staff, temporary scientific staff employed in externally funded projects, peer researchers, and certain other categories of collaborating researchers, scientists, and postgraduate students.
Permanent research staff are recruited in accordance with the applicable academic qualifications and criteria and are classified in grades corresponding to those of faculty members, while more than 85% of the remaining personnel, are university graduates, with the majority holding doctoral degrees.
