• Short CV of maximal 2 pages in PDF format

• A letter from the supervisor to confirm students application

Once your abstract has been accepted by the scientific committee you will be notified to proceed to the Registration/Accommodation.

*The number of participants is limited to 75!

*Abstract layout guidelines:

abstract title (Capital, Times New Roman, 12pt)
names of all authors (presenting author underlined) (Times New Roman, 11pt, bold)
affiliation and email of presenting author (Times New Roman, 11pt, Italics)
body text (Max. 300 words) (Times New Roman, 11pt)

Abstracts must be prepared in English. Please consult the template for submitting your own abstract (filename=Lastname.doc).
