Project Description

The project studies the interaction of aggressive breast cancer cells with immune cells, known as “natural killers”, by in vitro co-cultures which simulate the in vivo natural microenvironment. To this end, two methods will be combined: a) co-culture of cells on patterned substrates with optimized morphology and topography b) chemical and biochemical functionalization of the patterned substrates, targeted for the goals of this study.

Project Implementation Period
