Lectures in Byzantine Studies

Since 2022, the Section of Byzantine Studies of the Institute of Historical Research has organized an annual series of monthly Byzantine Lectures. Distinguished scholars of Byzantium from around the world present their recent research on History, Archaeology, Art, and Literature (4th-15th centuries).

The lectures take place from September to June at the National Hellenic Research Foundation, but can also be attended online.
