Politics: Power and Institutions

The political history of the Greek state focuses on the political changes that have taken place since its foundation in 1830. The relevant research conducted in the Section of Neohellenic Research also extends to issues on fiscal policy, public administration, diplomatic relations, mechanisms of power and ideological enforcement, electoral processes, and refugee movements.
